Outside, the gardens have a tropical feel with lush planting and palm trees. Plenty of quality sun loungers with comfortable cushions are provided on the lawns. At night the gardens and planting are tastefully illuminated and the sound of the crickets fills the air along with the scents of the Mediterranean plants. Next to the pool and the Jacuzzi is the cheringuito, or outdoor lounge, where most of Martin and David's guests seem to spend their time. Here you will find large comfortable sofas, dining table/chairs and additional seating. A ceiling fan keeps this area cooler. There is a fully equipped summer kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of crockery for you to use. Soft music plays here during the day and you can play your own CDs if you wish. An honesty bar offering international wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks is located in the cheringuito. Tea and coffee are always available. The large swimming pool (9 meters by 4 ½ metres) is heated in spring and autumn and next to this is the 6 person new Jacuzzi/hot tub, which is always available.
Both the apartment and the gardens have a very relaxed atmosphere and Martin and David like their guests to use all the facilities as if the property were their own. To the lower level of the gardens you will find the orchards where you are welcome to help yourself to organic oranges, lemons, mandarins and avocados (when in season!). Here you will also find free range chickens which lay the most glorious tasting eggs, again available for you to help yourself. If you are thinking of a trip to the naturist beaches, Costa Natura beach is about 7 minutes away and Cabo Pino (Marbella) is about 25 minutes. The well known beach of Benalnatura is about 45 minutes by car. All in very easy reach. As a base for exploring, Estepona is near to Gibraltar, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Trips to Tangiers or Ceuta can also be taken from Tarifa and are easily done in a day trip – get to see a bit of Africa!
The apartment is open all year round. According to Wikipedia, Estepona can boast 325 days of sunshine a year, which makes it an ideal naturist location!

Martin and David live in the upper level of the house and are on hand should you require any help or advice. They are more than happy to run you into town in the evening should you wish to have a drink and don’t want to take a car. They also have two very friendly dogs who roam free in the gardens. Whilst they are bigger than your normal pooch, they are lovable characters and are always up for a scratch. There are also a couple of lazy old cats. Whether you are looking for an indulgent break of relaxing by the pool with a cool drink, or a base for exploring Andalucia, this apartment is an ideal location. Prices range from EURO 400.00 to EURO 650.00 per week, with discounts for longer stays. In the interest of the privacy of guests, day visitors are not accepted; however friends of guests are welcome. Should you stay at Apartment Borzoi please tell Martin and David that you heard about them first on The Naturist Holiday Guide. You could even send us your own testimonial!
TESTIMONIALExcellent hosts and accommodation by: Jackie and Paul Paul and I went to Gibraltar to be married, and wanted to spend our first few days of married life in a discrete, and comfortable place where we could celebrate our marriage together, without intrusion and in comfort. We chose Martin and Davids apartment as it looked well cared for and beautifully presented. We were not wrong. The apartment was lovely, (right down to having a brand new bed to sleep in on the first night of our marriage), as were the grounds. We can not fault the accommodation from the interior of the apartment, to the pool, hot tub, and the very comfortable outdoor living area, which was complete with huge comfy sofas, music, and a well stocked bar! As our hosts, Martin and David were absolutly terrific. How great was it when they even installed an umberella above the hot tub so we could sit in it during the torrential rain! (Early March 2011) We can not fault apartment Borzoi in any way, and that is a reflection of the hosts, David and Martin
