The villa offers two accommodation choices.
The Main Villa
The Main Villa has views to all directions and has wonderful marble, hardwood and Italian tiled floorings throughout.
It is spacious with high standard quality fixtures and equipment.
The spacious central split-level lounge has a volcanic stone fireplace, quality hardwood flooring and patio doors to one of the many outside terraces.
There is also a fantastic triple aspect TV Lounge with seating for up to 10 plus superb panoramic views, and doors to an outside balcony.
The double aspect kitchen is large and fully fitted with extensive modern equipment including oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It has granite worktops with doors leading to an outside balcony and to car parking.
The Main Villa has four luxurious bedrooms and sleeps up to ten people. The Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes, has its own doors to a private terrace and faces south towards Fuerteventura. It has fabulous views across all of the south of the island.
The second bedroom has stunning views to Conil and Tias, sitting on the foothills of the mountains. This large bedroom is air conditioned with a king sized double bed on a mezzanine floor and also offers fitted wardrobes.
The third bedroom, also air conditioned, overlooks the swimming pool. In fact it has steps leading directly onto the terrace and pool area! This has a King sized double bed and an adjoining room with two pine bunk beds. There is also a large fitted pine wardrobe.
The fourth double bedroom has views in two directions and doors to an internal balcony.
There are three modern fully fitted bathrooms, one with a luxury round sunken bath.
As well as these main rooms, there is an office/or 5th bedroom, a utility room and a training /exercise room with hardwood floor.
Courtyard Apartment

The Courtyard Apartment adjoins the Main Villa and can actually be accessed by a quirky multi coloured spiral staircase which also leads to a volcanic stone wine cellar!
The apartment comprises of two luxury bedrooms. One spacious master bedroom has modern en-suite and direct access to outside terraces. The second double bedroom has an adjacent modern bathroom.
The living area comprises of a large central dining area and adjacent lounge with outstanding views towards the mountains and Conil. There is a modern double aspect fully fitted designer kitchen with marble worktops, also with stunning views.
There is quality hardwood and tiled flooring throughout, and also air conditioning for both cooling and heating.
Outside
Villa Elephante Blanco offers all you could wish for in peace, privacy and security. You approach it along its own private driveway and enter it through impressive gates with an entry phone system.

The swimming pool (1m deep at the shallow end, 2m at the deeper end), is both electric and solar heated and has Roman steps. There is also an outside sunken jacuzzi/spa. There is an outside shower, volcanic walled changing room and outside toilet.
You can also have lunch or an evening meal at the designer chess table and oustide seating next to the Moroccan style barbecue or again outside, next to the featured Canarian design wood burning Country Oven.
The plot is aproximately one and a quarter acres in area. The property has a large underground three car garage, and the swimming pool.
Much of the land consists of mature gardens with many varieties of trees, plants and shrubs.
