Well we have been indoor naturists for a few years and unable to go naked outdoors because the garden is overlooked by a couple that frown if my good Lady goes topless, let alone naked.
So, as we have acquired an apartment near Marbella, we thought why not look for the nearest naturist beach. Well we are fortunate to have 3 to choose from: Costa Natura, Cabo Pino or Benalnatura.
So after purchasing the “Bare Beaches” from Waterstone’s we did some reading and then headed out looking for Benalnatura.
Not the easiest beach to find, but we did and what a great little beach it is. The beach bar is so friendly and the times we have been there it has been like a league of nations.
That was 4 years ago and we still head back to the beach whenever we are at the apartment.
Even in January, if the sun is out, then we can be found on the beach between 11-3 as this is when the sun is at its best. There is a down side to winter sunshine-the beach bar and Loo block is not open, but the people that are there are the local Spanish naturists and it is nice to chat to them.
We have tried all three beaches over the course of the holiday, but we still prefer the Benalnatura.
Costa Natura is a lovely beach but has no facilities and has more pebbles than sand- a nice long stretch of sand though.
Cabo Pino is more a clothes option beach and we found a lot of sight-seeing traffic. That is not us, so we will travel a little further to Benalnatura.
